New Bulk Delete Billing Location via Data Import #705

Improvements

  1. Now you can deactivate attendance category. The category can only be deactivated if it is not added to any attendance. #700
  2. On Bill list search page by default bills are sorted by bill date in descending order. #681
  3. Now you can add folder at task level too. Under the advanced section while adding folder you can add task no to link it to a specific task. But be sure that the task belongs to the client's, or visit task view dashboard you can add folder to that task from folder card, present under notes card. #477
  4. Based on Money permision Task List shows column whether a task is billable or not. #696
  5. Added text editor for Legal Name, Address 1, Address 2 while adding/updating entity.
  6. Improved Bill print format 1.
  7. Minor UI improvements.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed the bug at file upload adding file in multiple tasks at same time. The issue arrived when previous file upload tabs were cached and the files were uploaded using copy paste. #701

New Bulk Delete Default TeamMember

Facility to bulk Delete Default TeamMember through excel Import.

  2. Select Default Team Add/Delete option, and follow the usual data import procedure.

  3. Even if Stages are Deactivate at service level, we are not able to chanage the task status as completed.This is fixed now. #688

Improvements

  1. Added Billable status filter in Task list page. #679
  2. Added Client Billing Location(Legal name) column in table at Bill list page and Group View -> Money tab.
  3. Now the estimated cost for task will be copied from compliance if you've specified it, or else it will copy from service. #671
  4. Now you can also change group and office entity for a bill using Import -> Bill Update feature.
  5. Removed Service Id field from Stage Dashboard, now the service id can be seen in label of the service name field. #683
  6. To export service scheduler, visit Service List page, scroll to the bottom and click on Download Service Scheduler. #682
  7. In Subtask Template View page, now you can see the list of services where the template has been added. #643

Bug Fixes

  1. Solved the margin issue of Billprint1 page. #321
  2. Solved the issue of Taskcosting page which previously showed just one task in the whole report even if no filter is added.
  3. Solved description issue in client and task note. Instead of auto saving will now show a prompt if the description is not saved.

New Table View in TodoList

  1. Added table view in TodoList for the ease of sort and filter. #656

  1. Added Priority Color in TaskList in TableView#652
  2. Now TaskHistory page Date filter will be allow a period of max 6 months previously it was max 30 days.
  3. Added Billing header in OfficeConfig settings page.
  4. Added ClientTags in TaskCostingList.That will help in filtering task basis client tags.
  5. Added Task Status ColorLegend on TaskList page on Client Portal. That will help in understanding of color meaning #657
  6. Increased the page limit of TodoList page. It will display 300 records at one time previously it was 100.
  7. Added Auto refresh data in TodoCard on Home Page. #650

Improvements

  1. Better Hover on Compliance Dashboard
  2. We now recommend adding "Scheduler Configuration" to improve accuracy of Compliance Dashboard.
  3. We have updated the server configuration to use the latest version of Node JS. This should result in even faster Jamku.

Bug Fixes

  1. The Task Description is updated only after all the data loading is completed. This should hopefully fix an edge case where the Task Description may get overwritten.
  2. Service Card on Home page now works as expected.

New Filter for Task And Subtask on TodoList

  1. Have added filter for categories Task and Subtask.
  2. If you want list of task todos then select Task from the dropdown and if you want subtask todos then kindly select Subtask.
  3. Initially it will be set as All.

Improvements

  1. Feature to update target date in subtask in bulk.It will help in faster updating of Target Dates.
  2. Improved Task Label Filtering. In this many column filters can be active at once.
  3. Improved GroupName,EntityName and LegalName Filtering in BillList page.
  4. Added EstimatedCost in ComplianceAddM module.You can only update the data if you have Money permission.
  5. Added TaskStatus column in TaskEdit template.
  6. Better UI of Print1 format on Bill Print page.
  7. If you want next line while entering Remark1,Remark2 and Declaration on offentity page then press space and slash (\). Added note for the same in the bottom on the same page.
  8. Are you facing alignment problem while printing the page ? Have added the link in the bottom on BillView page. You will get the answer after clicking on that link.
  9. Update libraries for the better performance.

Bug Fixes

  1. Now showing correct total count of InboxList on home page.
  2. Solved the isdevice permission bug on AdminPage.
  3. Redirect selected GoingTask,StuckTask and Subtask after filtering teamMember on ServiceCard home page now showing correct count on TaskList page.
  4. After filtering TeamMember the count of tasks is showing correct now.

New Custom Fields in Hearing Module

Unlike Task Custom fields, hearing custom fields are not service specific. The fields are activated at office level. It will be applicable to all the hearings. We have made provision for 3 fields for each data type.

  1. Date - 3 Fields
  2. Number - 3 Fields
  3. Text - 3 Fields Thus, you can activate a total of 9 custom fields for hearing as per your office needs.

New Compliance Table Export

To export compliance data visit OfficeConfig->Export and follow the regular process. #601

New Bulk Creation of Expense Entries

Facility to bulk Create Expense through excel Import.

  2. Select Expense Create option, and follow the usual data import procedure. #462

Improvements

  1. Added CompleteDate column in TaskEdit and TaskCreate template.
  2. Priviously Jamku only shows the User's location on the Map.Now you can see the Street Address in a report also.From the Lat-Long.
  3. Added SearchFilter in GroupView->MoneyTab.
  4. GST and SAC columns added in ServiceEdit model.
  5. Better note in reset numbering model.
  6. Offentity filter working as expected in ReceiptList.
  7. After clicking on serviceno on Taskview->EditTab it will redirect you to the particular service.

  9. Added bracket to place of supply on Print model.
  10. Improve the UI of ReceiptList.

Bug Fixes

  1. The count of task number was different when we render the page from ServiceCard home page to TaskList page.It's working as expected now. E.g. 1. We have 12 GoingTask on ServiceCard home page and if you will click on that task it will redirect you to the TaskList page and the count will be something else.
